Delivery and set up service is only available to customers within 50 miles of our store location. The cost is based on the proximity of the delivery address relative to our distribution center. Prices range from $89 to $199 and include in home delivery as well as standard assembly. Complicated furniture assembly may incur additional set up charges.
Scheduling of your delivery and set up can be made when Customer Service notifies you that your order has arrived at our distribution center. Please contact Customer Service at 440-442-2229 for pricing and details.
Delivery and set up is available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:00AM to 4:30PM. A two hour window will be provided by Customer Service when requested.
All defects or damages noted upon delivery will be remedied. Replacement items or parts will be redelivered at no additional charge.
If you choose to pick up your furniture, you will be responsible for bringing back any item that needs to be exchanged and pick up replacement merchandise.
Once you place your furniture order, our Customer Service will contact you to confirm your purchase and provide an estimated lead time of when your order will be available for delivery. Periodically, actual arrival time of merchandise may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Orders may be canceled without penalty prior to shipment from the Manufacturer. Items may not be cancelled after the items have been shipped from the Manufacturer.
